You will be assigned a real estate manager to assist you throughout the real estate process. If you do not already have a relationship with a commercial real estate broker, we’ll help you connect with one who understands our location requirements. The bottom line is we will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Goddard’s team of expert business, education, and franchising professionals are here to help you through every step of your franchising journey. In addition to assistance with site selection and financing decisions, we’ll provide you with intensive initial training via a blend of virtual and in-person sessions at our corporate offices or at another training site, as well as online coursework in marketing, operations, management, and education methods of a Goddard School.

Goddard is happy to provide a discount of $20,000 on the initial license fee for a first franchise to honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Yes, you either need to be a U.S. citizen or have already obtained your green card in order to become a Goddard School franchisee.
